Do you sell any products that are used?
We do not. You will only find brand-new items here, shipped directly from the manufacturer with the manufacturer warranty included. You will never get a refurbished or used product from Game Please.

We do, for selected items. However note, that the free shipping does not cover international shipping. Please contact our support team to get a shipping quote. The local taxes, fees, and duties will also be on you.
Does your delivery also offer assembly/installation?
Unfortunately, most of our products do not include a professional setup. The available options here would be to either order the White Glove delivery or hire an installer on your own.
Yes, you can! We can assist you in coordinating delivery for a specific week. We deal with this all the time, especially with those clients that move into a new house or an office. Simply let us know when you want to receive the product. Keep in mind that we cannot guarantee a certain date delivery before we actually book a shipment, but we will do our absolute best to align. As soon as the product arrives at the local freight terminal, you will get a call from the carrier to set up a specif date and time window for the delivery.
No, they don’t. Only orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. Moreover, discount codes do not apply to some of our manufacturers. Make sure to look through our Store Policies to see the full list.
