110% Price Match Guarantee

At Game Please, we always monitor our competitor’s prices to make sure we offer the best prices on the market every time. In the unlikely case of you finding the same product on a competitor’s website, you have 90 days after your purchase. We will process the claim, and if in case we find your claim eligible, you will get a 110% of the difference in price. Our price-match also includes our own website. If you find the same product at a lower price on our website within 90 days of your purchase, we will also refund the difference. 

In order to request a Price Match Guarantee, all you have to do is send us an email with links to products on our website, and of the same product on the competitor’s website. You have 90 days after the purchase to do so. Be sure to include your order number, full contact information, and your full name.

Our 110% Price Match Guarantee Conditions:

• You have to make a purchase from Game Please before you can claim a price-match guarantee 
• Any kind of sales or promotions are not eligible for a Price-match guarantee 
• The product should be in stock at the competitor’s store 
• Retail shops or online stores that have a retail location don’t qualify 
• Competitor’s website cannot be an auction or a discounter website (ie; eBay, Amazon, overstock, etc..)
• The other website needs to be an Authorized Retailer, for the item in question
• The Price match guarantee should include the price of the item, including the sales tax and the shipping costs 

Brands that don’t qualify for a price-match guarantee: GLD Products, Hathaway / Blue Wave, Gameroom Concepts, Kestell, Ram Game Room, Garlando.
