RAM Game Room Warranty

Gold Standard Games / Shelti Warranty

All games are warrantied for one year from the date of your purchase. Coin-operated and programmable pool tables come with a two-year warranty. Gold Standard Games / Shelti extends the following warranty to the original purchaser of their goods. In the event of product failure, Gold Standard Games / Shelti will at its discretion repair or replace any parts which fail or malfunction due to defects in material or workmanship during the warranty period. We make no express warranty regarding this product, except and to the extent provided in our limited product warranty. Warranty claims are subject to the following:

  • Gold Standard Games / Shelti may request that the defective part be returned to the factory for inspection.
  • Warranty does not cover freight damage, shipping, and handling, or installation of replacement parts.
  • Gold Standard Games / Shelti may substitute parts of equal or greater value or choose to replace the entire game.
  • Product failure caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect is not covered under warranty.

 

Information we collect from you may also be used to advise you of product updates, recalls, or service bulletins. Gold Standard Games / Shelti maintains an archive of assembly instructions for current and older model games on the company website, which can be found at: www.gold-standard-games.com. Imperial / Garlando Warranty

POOL TABLE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Imperial International warrants their wood line of furniture-style pool tables against defects in material or workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser by agreeing to repair any and all parts proven to be defective and subject to such warranty. The pool table must have been purchased from a dealer that is currently or was an Authorized Imperial International Dealer at the time of purchase.

All claims under this Limited Lifetime Warranty must be made through an Authorized Imperial International Dealer. Proof of purchase from an Authorized Imperial International Dealer may be required to validate a claim against the Limited Lifetime Warranty if the claim is made through a dealer other than the Authorized Imperial International dealer that originally sold the pool table.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the table and is non-transferable. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is void if an authorized Imperial International dealer or agent does not install the pool table.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not imply the replacement of the entire pool table but it does cover the replacement of such part or parts of the pool table that may prove to be defective. Any and all parts submitted for warranty replacement must be shipped to Imperial International prepaid for inspection. If, after examination and at the sole discretion of Imperial International, the part or parts are determined to be defective, they will be repaired or replace and returned prepaid.

Replacement of any such defective part or parts shall constitute the complete fulfillment of any and all obligation with respect to such product. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty that may be expressed or implied in any way. Imperial international neither assumes nor authorizes any person or dealer to assume, imply, and/or extend on behalf of Imperial International any other obligation or liability other than expressed herein.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty excludes damage caused by accident, misuse, alteration, abuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or any other natural disaster. Acts of war, terrorism or any other form of violence are also excluded from this warranty.

 

ACCESSORIES WARRANTY

All Imperial accessory products are unconditionally guaranteed to be FREE of manufacturing defects. If any item is received defective, we will replace it at no charge if returned to us unused within fifteen (15) days of delivery.

 

FREIGHT DAMAGE

Imperial International is not responsible for goods damaged in transit. You should not accept merchandise without inspecting the cartons for damage. If there is damage, do not accept the delivery and contact the freight company to file a claim.

Imperial will not accept returns for items that have become shop-worn or shelf-worn.

 

IMPERIAL OUTDOOR POOL TABLE LIMITED WARRANTY

Imperial International warrants their outdoor-style pool tables against defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years following completion of the purchase by agreeing to repair all parts proven to be defective and subject to such warranty. This warranty excludes coverage of cloth and rubber components. The pool table must have been purchased from a dealer that is currently or was an Authorized Imperial International Dealer at the time of purchase.

All claims under this Limited Warranty must be made through an Authorized Imperial International Dealer. Proof of purchase from an Authorized Imperial International Dealer may be required to validate a claim against the Limited Warranty if the claim is made through a dealer other than the Authorized Imperial International dealer that originally sold the pool table.

Garlando Game Tables Limited Warranty

Garlando home game tables have a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty to protect against defects in workmanship. Regular wear and tear, vandalism, and user negligence damages are not covered under this warranty. Each warranty claim must be examined before coverage is granted.

All claims under this Limited Warranty must be made through an Authorized Imperial International Dealer. Proof of purchase from an Authorized Imperial International Dealer may be required to validate a claim against the Limited Warranty if the claim is made through a dealer other than the Authorized Imperial International dealer that originally sold the game table. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the table and is non-transferable.

Valley Pool Products Warranty Service 

Valley-Dynamo warrants its new products to be free from defects resulting from faulty manufacture or faulty components under the following terms and conditions: 

WARRANTY LENGTH 

  • One year on Valley® Pool Tables 
  • 90 days on Batteries, Battery Chargers, and Replacement Parts 
  • TOURNAMENT USED products receive identical coverage with regard to manufacturing defects and faults. They may require modification for proper push-chute coin configuration. As used equipment, they may be damaged from shipping or use and are discounted accordingly. 

 

FOR WARRANTY SERVICE 

Valley-Dynamo will, at its sole option, repair, upgrade or replace this product in the event of any defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. This shall be Valley-Dynamo's sole obligation, and the customer's sole remedy, for any warranty claim. Valley-Dynamo will request, and you must provide the complete Model Number & Serial Number of the unit (as shown at the top of this page – not just the last 5 digits) or other proof of purchase such as an invoice or receipt. 

OPERATORS AND END-USERS – While our Tech Support staff is available to assist with diagnosis and troubleshooting of your problem, contact your Distributor for Warranty Service on your equipment. 

NO REFUNDS

Valley-Dynamo reserves the right to cancel outstanding RMAs 30 days after issue. Items returned without an RMA will not be inspected or credited and may be refused or returned at Customer Expense. 

REPLACEMENT PARTS COVERAGE – Valley-Dynamo warrants replacement parts for 90 days from the date of purchase. To obtain a replacement and an RMA number, contact Valley-Dynamo referencing the nature of the problem, and provide proof of purchase. Valley-Dynamo will, at its discretion, send replacement parts and/or issue an RMA for the return of failed parts. To avoid billing issues, request an RMA when the failed part is present or readily available. Upon receipt and inspection of the RMA, Valley-Dynamo may send replacement parts or issue an account credit.

NO REFUNDS. Valley-Dynamo reserves the right to cancel outstanding RMAs 30 days after issue. Items returned without an RMA will not be inspected or credited and may be refused or returned at Customer Expense. 

ABOUT OLDER PRODUCTS 

Many Valley pool tables have been produced over the last 50 years. Some current parts may require modification or customization to work on older tables. Some older tables may have been modified or customized, making use of current factory issue parts difficult or impossible. There is no warranty or guarantee that current parts will fit all older products. Tables prior to 1999 will require minor modification to use current model Valley cushion rails. Instructions are included with every set of cushion rails. Failure to follow these instructions will damage your cushion rails and is not considered a manufacturing defect. 

SCOPE OF COVERAGE 

Note that our warranty is not an unconditional guarantee for the duration. Valley, Dynamo, and Tornado products are made to our exacting standards and known for their durability but are not indestructible and may require periodic maintenance in order to function properly. The following are not covered by the warranty. 

  1. Shipping or transport damage 
  2. Normal wear and tear 
  3. Damage or deterioration resulting from neglect, misuse, accident, liquid spills, improper installation, abuse, pets, or mishandling 
  4. Incidental or consequential damage (except at Valley-Dynamo’s discretion) 
  5. Removal or installation charges
  6. Shipping charges except at Valley-Dynamo’s discretion 
  7. Unauthorized modification of the product
  8. Use of this product with unapproved parts, conversion kits, or accessories 
  9. Damage from fire, flood, lightning, or other acts of nature Specific note regarding batteries – the lead acid batteries in our Bill Acceptor tables must be charged periodically, or they will fail prematurely. Proper maintenance is crucial. Please consult your Owner’s Manual or the Pool School® section at www.valleydynamoparts.com for complete details on proper battery care and maintenance.

 

EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES 

Valley-Dynamo’s sole obligation and liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product at our option. Valley-Dynamo shall not, in any event, be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from interruption of service, loss of business or revenue, or for liability in tort relating to this product or resulting from its use or possession. 

LIMITATIONS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES 

There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to those of merchantability, revenue generation, or fitness for a particular purpose. The duration of implied warranties is limited to the period specified in the Warranty Length section above.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, MADE BY EITHER THE DISTRIBUTOR OR THE MANUFACTURER ON KETTLER PRODUCTS, EXCEPT THE MANUFACTURER'S LIMITED WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIAL SET OUT BELOW:

This KETTLER Limited Warranty applies to products sold through the KETTLER Authorized Dealer Network to the original retail purchaser and authenticated by proof of purchase from a retailer located in the United States or Canada. Any shipments made under this warranty will be shipped to the United States or Canada only. Any shipment outside of the United States will be at the sole cost of the customer. This KETTLER Limited Warranty is a manufacturer's warranty and is not changed or modified by additional warranties extended by individual retailers at the point of sale. Manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in the material at the time of the product's tender of delivery for a period of X years for residential use and X years for non-residential use (subject to modification for each product). This Limited Warranty is not transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear (including, but not limited to, damage and wear to tires, power shocks, drive belts, and other non-durable parts). The liability of the manufacturer under this Limited Warranty shall not include any liability for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the defect. This Limited Warranty is void if the product is damaged by accident, unreasonable use, improper service, failure to follow instructions provided, modification from its original state, or other causes determined not arising out of defects in material.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Should this product become defective due to material within the warranty period, contact KETTLER Parts & Service Dept. by phone at 866.804.0440, fax at 757.427.0183, or e-mail at [email protected] When making a claim, a return of the defective part and/or pictures of the defective item may be required for the claim. The limited warranty provides replacement parts; defective parts will be repaired, replaced, or substituted with the same part or a part of equal value. The limited warranty does not cover the cost of labor and/or repair (with the exception of select fitness machines).

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND OF ANY OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITY ON THE PART OF THE MANUFACTURER. KETTLER NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH PRODUCTS.

FIRMWARE UPDATES & USB DRIVER FOR FITNESS ITEMS

Contains program extensions for the training recording with card and repairs program errors. For devices with a USB connection, the installation of the USB Driver is required.

 

Performance Games Inc.® Warranty

Performance Games, Inc. (PGI), extends the following warranty to the original purchase of any PGI home product for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of purchase, for units employed in ordinary home use (non-commercial applications). All products must be purchased from an authorized PGI dealer to obtain warranty coverage.

 

Warranty Statement:

PGI will, at its discretion, repair or replace any part(s), excluding installation and labor, which fail or malfunction due to defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. Any replacement parts provided are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. Such warranty part(s), repairs or replacements are subject to the following conditions:

  • Owner must ship (or otherwise deliver) the defective part(s) to PGI and enclose a brief description of the nature of the problem, the address to which the replacement part(s) should be shipped, the model name, and verification of purchase date and ownership (copy of sales receipt).

Note: Completing and returning the attached Registration Card at the time of purchase eliminates the requirement of a sales receipt if a warranty claim is later made.

  • Owner is responsible for shipping charges to and from the manufacturer’s facility.
  • PGI reserves the right to substitute parts of equal or greater value and comparable function, in the event such parts have been modified or enhanced since the original owner’s product was purchased.
     

 

Warranty Limitations:

This Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

Any failure caused by or resulting from abuse, neglect, or accident; improper use, modification, service, maintenance or repair; or normal wear and tear.

Cabinet exterior and decorative finishes, including scratches, scrapes, and nicks on surfaces.

Installation or labor cost, in any form, incurred in any manner. Only part repairs or replacements are provided.

Damages incurred in shipping, unpacking, set-up, and installation.

Commercial or industrial users.

Tables located outside the United States and Canada.
 

NO PERSON, AGENT, DISTRIBUTOR, DEALER, SERVICE FACILITY, OR COMPANY IS AUTHORIZED TO CHANGE, MODIFY, OR AMEND THE TERM OF THIS WARRANTY IN ANY MATTER OR FASHION. PGI MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTY REGARDING THIS PRODUCT EXCEPT AND TO THE EXTENT PROVIDED FOR IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES RELATING TO ANY PORTION OF THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. PGI WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS OF PROFIT OR PRODUCT RESULTING FROM ANY DEFECT OR MALFUNCTION OR FAILURE OF THIS PGI PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
